A wonderful evening of food and entertainment was enjoyed by guests at Mitton Hall, Whalley.
A cocktail party organised to boost funds for Whalley Cricket Club was organised by sisters Ruth Telford, of Whalley, and Jen Read, whose sons are young cricketers at the club.
Around 150 people attended the partywhich raised £2700. Entertainment was provided by Whalley acts DJ Joel Beckett and Andie Dee on guitar and vocals.
Summing up the night, Ruth said: "Everybody came dressed up and made the effort to make it a wonderful evening."
